Still have questions?
What happens if I am no longer employed by the company?
You have a few options: if your new employer will also do a payroll deduction then you carry on as before; if not then we can switch you over to a debit order; you can pay a settlement amount and keep the handset & sim card; or you can return the handset & sim to us and we will terminate the agreement.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
No. You will be supplied with a new Cell C sim card.
What if I have already applied for a contract at a network, but was rejected?
No problem – you can still get a contract with us!
What if I am blacklisted or under debt-review?
We accept applicants who are blacklisted, but you won’t qualify if you are under debt-review.
What do I need to get a package?
You must be employed by your present company for at least 3 months. You will need to send a copy of your barcoded ID book and will need to sign the rental agreement.
